King's Church Oxted

Sundays

Sundays are a celebration of who God is and what Jesus has done for us. We meet every week at 10.30am in the Eden Building at Oxted School.

If you're driving, head for the Park Road entrance to the school or follow the signs guiding you from the front. If you're on foot, use the pedestrian entrance at the front and walk through the school site.

Join us for worship, teaching, prayer, friendship and encouragement!

What to expect

We love to spend time worshipping God and enjoying His presence among us, receiving relevant and stimulating teaching from the Bible, and allowing Him to interact with us. People are free and encouraged to contribute during the worship and we regularly have time praying for one another and anyone who needs healing. Most weeks there is time for people to come and share what God has been doing in their lives or the lives of the people around them. We end our meetings with tea and coffee so people can catch up with old friends and maybe make some new ones! Please feel free to come along any Sunday, you will be most welcome!

What about children?

Acorns is a self-service crèche for under-fives with toys and books to enjoy on a soft play mat for crawlers and toddlers. Please feel free to use this facility as and when it's helpful.

Mighty Oaks is a group for those aged five to eleven, where they're taught Bible stories, pray together, memorise scripture, and play games. This starts around 11.15am, lasts for about an hour, and is currently available three weeks a month. Their programme follows the teaching given to the youth and adults in the other meeting, which we hope encourages lively discussions at home. The team of experienced children’s workers use bespoke material, which is delivered in a relaxed and fun way.
